If you’re willing to learn why I recommend this particular Kratom vendor, however, please read on (this is quite important).
Not All Kratom is Created Equal
Kratom (official name Mitragyna Speciosa) varies enormously between different sellers and there’s a World of difference between good and bad Kratom.
GOOD Kratom will have you feeling positive, happy and motivated and will frankly be life changing for some.
BAD Kratom, on the other hand, will generally offer you nothing, except maybe making you a little “heady” and sedated.
Of course there is much Kratom out there that sits in between these two extremes and would be considered just mediocre or average, but don’t mistake that for legitimate, high quality Kratom. If you want the full potential of the desired Kratom effects then it pays to get the best Kratom you can and my recommended source has what I believe to be the most superior Kratom for sale online.
There are many Kratom suppliers out there and I’ve tried quite a number of them. From the type you buy in Headshops with the overly-hyped aggressive packaging (really not how Kratom should be marketed) and the pre-filled Kratom capsules with clearly a lot of filler, to the seemingly good vendors that have been around for years.
The quality of the products varied so significantly, it wasn’t even funny.
Kratom is not a drug you can purchase from just any old shop and expect to get the same results (unfortunately). This is a natural plant we’re talking about and the way it is sourced, handled, packaged and how old it is, among other things, will all impact its potency.
I have used other vendors in the past with reasonable results but it wasn’t until I tried Happy Hippo Herbals that I truly experienced the awesome power that Kratom can have.
If you wish to buy your Kratom from elsewhere, go ahead, but please don’t pass judgement on this compound until you have tried this source.
Why I Think Happy Hippo is the Best Place to Buy Kratom Online
You can read my full Happy Hippo Herbals review to learn in detail why I love this company so much but here’s a quick summary:
- The Kratom itself from Happy Hippo is simply the best I have tried. The day I find better Kratom for sale is the day I will revise my recommendation but as it stands, I rate this as the highest quality Kratom I’ve found in terms of the effects it produces.
- You will require a smaller dose. If you read my Kratom dosage guidelines you will learn that I recommend a dose as low as 1 gram with a typical required dose usually being around 3 – 4 grams. In comparison to other guides you might read online, this is low! And this is because Happy Hippo Kratom is just more potent than that found elsewhere and that’s what I base my recommendations on. To get the same effects with Kratom from elsewhere you may need to take as much as double the dose I recommend.
- Happy Hippo’s customer service is excellent. I’d be hesitant to recommend a source if their service and support wasn’t top notch, no matter how good their product is. Happy Hippo offers prompt and friendly support, should you need it, so you’ll be in great hands. Their website makes it easy to order Kratom online too.
- Happy Hippo always over deliver! With Happy Hippo, you always get a bit more than you ordered in terms of how much Kratom they actually package in a bag and with free samples for you to try. It’s like Christmas every time a new order arrives from them and I want you to experience the same thing!
My Supplier Requirement Checklist
Over the years I have developed some specific criteria that I feel a Kratom vendor should meet if I am to do business with them, based on my past experiences with good and bad sellers. In terms of Kratom quality, I believe the more a supplier meets these criteria, the better the Kratom is likely to be.
My requirements are as follows:
No Kratom Extracts – I don’t recommend buying Kratom in extract form or buying from a seller that offers it in this way. Extracts are created by boiling down or purifying the Kratom into a concentrated liquid in order to create a more potent, “pure” product. It can be bought as powder or even drops or solidified resin. While this “enhancement” sounds tempting, it’s actually much harder to gauge your dose with extracts and they’re a sure fire way to sky rocket your tolerance. Stick to plain, un-extracted powder. Happy Hippo doesn’t offer extracts.
No Kratom Pills – Less important than the above but in a similar vein, I generally recommend that you don’t buy Kratom in pill form, however, you can of course capsule it yourself. First of all, its an expensive way to purchase Kratom but I’ve also found that pre-made capsules tend to be significantly weaker. You’ll need to weigh how much powder is in a capsule in order to be accurate with your dosing and this will vary with each strain, so it’s generally harder to find your “sweet spot”.
Pills are a tempting way to get your Kratom just because of the ease and familiarity of how to take them, but I just believe that some vendors capitalise on this natural inclination of customers and generally don’t provide a good enough product. Happy Hippo doesn’t offer Kratom pills.
No Hyped Up Marketing – I don’t recommend buying from vendors that market Kratom as some legal high. This is the general theme with these requirements in that the more a vendor markets Kratom as a hardcore recreational compound (pills, super strong extracts etc.) with aggressively hyped up expectations, the worse the Kratom usually is.
Not only is the product usually of lower quality with these vendors, this sort of behaviour is also what gives people the wrong idea about Kratom and only increases the chances of it being made illegal. Don’t be seduced by this extreme, misguided marketing and don’t support it. Happy Hippo Herbals is the complete opposite in their approach.
The Different Strains of Kratom for Sale
As you should know, Kratom possesses different properties depending on the color of the stem (green, yellow, red etc.) on the leaves of the plant and what location it originates from (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia etc). It can be categorised into Fast, Moderate and Slow in terms of its effects. Fast strains are generally energizing, Slow strains are relaxing and Moderate strains usually offer a bit of both: calm, anxiety-free energy and motivation. This is of course generalising to an extent and you’ll need to try out a mixture of different strains to discover what works for you.
To make things easier for you, I’ve made a table to show you what category each strain of Happy Hippo’s variety falls into. You can also see my Kratom reviews and personal opinions of some particular strains below:
My Personal Favorites
Hyper Hippo (Maeng Da) – Great for any physical activity. This strain harvested from Thailand really gives me a bit of pep for working out and gives me the desire and energy to just get on and do stuff! This particular Maeng Da Kratom is apparently fresher than any other Maeng Da found elsewhere, and I’d say you can tell! Read this Hyper Hippo review for more info.
Red Hot Hippo (Red Vein Thai) – Thai Red Vein Kratom is a popular fast strain and Happy Hippo’s offering with Red Hot Hippo lives up to expectations in my experience. Another amazing strain with a lot of energy that’s fantastic for the gym and any physical activity in general.
Happy Hippo I – This is a Bali Kratom/Indo Fusion and is supposedly one of HHH’s bestsellers. This doesn’t surprise me as it’s a good all round Kratom strain with subtle uplifting effects and a nice bit of motivating energy. Happy Hippo I puts me in a productive “zone”, helps me concentrate and is great for just getting stuff done, with a nice tingly warmth to go with it. I find it quite pro-social too and a good alternative to alcohol at times. You can learn more about this Super Green Indo Kratom.
Happy Hippo II (Red Vein Indo) – Consisting of Indonesian leaves, this red Borneo strain is a nice alternative to Happy Hippo I that I find gives me a similar mild, uplifting energy and desire to be productive. Great for getting you out of a slump as well and helping you see the brighter side of life. It’s the finest powder I’ve tried in my experience (in terms of texture), so pleasant enough to Toss n’ wash.
Magic Hippo Kratom Review (Java Indo) – Comprised from a West Indonesian leaf called “Sundanese”, Magic Hippo can apparently be quite scarce. It’s worth getting your hands on it if it’s in stock because I find it a wonderfully “clean” strain that’s perfect for lazy days. I find it the most euphoric strain (at times) that just puts me in a good, calm, positive mood and is sure to eliminate any pain I might have. Learn more about Magic Hippo (Java / Sundanese Kratom).
Sleepy Hippo Kratom Review (Deep Jungle Kali/Indo) – Another blended, relaxing strain that can be a good alternative to Magic Hippo. Some people actually find this to be a faster strain but for me it lives up to its name and is great for when I just want to chill out and unwind. I imagine in higher doses, it could also be beneficial for insomnia (I haven’t tried it for that). Read a full Sleepy Hippo review.
